H₂S Anticorrosion evaluation

In order to evaluate MPS anticorrosion against H₂S the MPS coupons and tubing coated with MPS had been installed into a special designed device with located at TianDong 5-1 sour gas well and the down hole fluid had floated through the device and all the samples had been taken out every 15 days to check if any corrosion occurred

Formation: FeiXianGuan Gas reservoir in LongMen Gas Field.

Evaluate after 15 days

The color of MPS has not changed, no bubbles, no under metal corrosion, no adhesion loss by V type adhesion check.

The color of MPS has not changed, no bubbles, no under metal corrosion, no adhesion loss by V type adhesion check.
                        

Evaluate after 45 days

The color of MPS has not changed, no bubbles, no under metal corrosion, no adhesion loss by V type adhesion check.
