Property: White aciform crystal, if heated to 150°C. It will lose 6 pieces of crystal water; to 210°C, lose all the crystal water; can dissolve in water, methanol, alcohol, ether, but not in other solvents. The aqueous solution is acidity.

Main Application: Intermediates or the other zirconium products, and also can be used as the additive of rubber or dryer of paint.
