Main Application: The SMO finds a wide variety of uses in the agricultural, pigment, corrosion inhibitor and metal finishing fields. SMO is also seeing new and varied applications as an aqueous soluble corrosion inhibitor for open and close re-circulating waters, engine coolants and metal working fluids.
